Bonded logistics park treated as export and re import (one day tour)

The Waigaoqiao Bonded Logistics Park is a special customs supervision area. Although it is within the territory of our country, it is outside of our customs. Foreign goods entering the region can temporarily suspend tax payment, while domestic goods entering the region can be considered as exports. In the case where the goods have not truly left the Chinese border, tax refunds can be applied to the national tax authorities, and both the buyer and seller can smoothly complete the foreign exchange receipt and payment work.

Our company is entrusted by a trading company in Taiwan to sell the chemical raw materials purchased from Sichuan to Guangdong customers through the special functional advantages of the Waigaoqiao Logistics Park through a one-day tour of goods. If there is no functional advantage in the Waigaoqiao Logistics Park, Taiwanese customers need to arrange for the export of goods from Sichuan to Taiwan first, and then import them from Taiwan to Guangdong. Now, the raw materials from Sichuan can be directly declared for export from the Waigaoqiao Bonded Logistics Park through the Waigaoqiao Logistics Park. After the goods arrive at the park, they are processed by our warehouse department for packaging and labeling before being imported to the receiving enterprises in Guangdong. The goods have achieved tripartite trade and domestic delivery in the bonded logistics park, and through our company as an intermediary, we have avoided direct contact between upstream and downstream enterprises, protected the trade secrets of Taiwanese customers, and greatly reduced the logistics costs of the entire trade process.
