A Hong Kong company has chosen the Waigaoqiao Bonded Zone warehouse as its distribution center for simple assembly and export of its products to foreign countries. The electronic toys purchased from abroad are combined and packaged with domestically purchased dolls and packaging boxes in the bonded warehouse, and then exported to Europe for sales. This saves tariffs on importing electronic toys into China, allowing domestic purchases of dolls and packaging boxes to enjoy export tax rebates. It also utilizes China's labor cost advantage to complete the combined packaging business that originally needed to be conducted in Hong Kong, greatly reducing the operating costs of the entire project.
